My Approach to Yoga
I teach different styles of yoga, and I deeply believe that each one naturally complements the others.
Depending on the energy of the moment, yoga can invite us to slow down and surrender, as much as it can encourage us to explore strength and inner power.
My teaching is a reflection of this duality : a balance between yin and yang, intensity and softness. I love guiding my students to feel both strong and grounded in dynamic flows, while also offering them a space to soften, breathe, and release.
